Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions, in full for my written commissions. By continuing to avail my services, you hereby agree to them, and they take full effect.

Rights to the Work

Commissions are for personal use only and may not be used for profit.

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the piece in my portfolio.

For any fanfiction commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc, they may be posted on my Archive of Our Own account as I see fit.

Reposting and sharing the written piece is OK, but please give credit. My socials can be found here.

Commission Timeline

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished! Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most two (2) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile!

Payments and Refunds

Payment is via GCash (Philippines) or Paypal (International) only. For any commissioned work above 100 words, the client is to provide a 50% non-refundable downpayment for the first draft as indicated in the table above. This is to compensate for the labor done to produce the first draft, even if the client decides not to pursue the commission further. The remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.

If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the draft has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

For works above 100 words, I will send a draft for 1/2 of the total work upon starting for review, to approve or make sweeping revisions before I proceed to finish the piece. Once I receive approval of the draft for me to continue writing, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

Finalizing and Revisions

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. A number of revision to paragraphs are stated in the packages listed above. More than the number specified will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized piece is accepted, I will email you a PDF of the piece. No physical product will be delivered.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
